I’m here to guide you through this process. As a filmmaker, I go beyond simply documenting your day. My process includes detailed questionnaires and follow-up Zoom meetings to learn about your story, your plans, and what’s most important to you. I get to know you and your vision, so by the time your wedding day arrives, we’re aligned on every detail.

I work closely with all your vendors—especially your photographer—so we’re on the exact same page, ensuring that your day flows smoothly. From the big moments to the quiet, intimate ones, you won’t have to worry about a thing because every detail has been meticulously thought through in advance.

Here’s the plan: We’ll start by having you fill out a simple questionnaire to get to know you better. After that, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to dive deeper into your story and plans. Then, I’ll collaborate with your vendors to ensure everything is seamless on your big day.

Once you inquire, I’ll get back to you within 24 hours so we can set up a virtual coffee date via Zoom. You might even hear from me minutes later because that’s just how I roll. :) We’ll meet each other to discuss all of the info about your dream wedding and make you a customizable collection.

48-hours later after your wedding, you’ll receive a made for socials style video of an epic moment or fun staged shot. 7 Days later, you’ll receive a teaser made from the best moments of your dream wedding. 5-6 weeks later, watch your love story be retold in a beautifully designed digital gallery while you wait for your gift box with a USB drive to be delivered to your front door.

Billy was hands down the most incredible videographer for our luxury & coastal maine wedding. A little backstory is that we initially got in touch with Billy because he was a close family friend of one of our close family friends. HOWEVER, we hired him because THE MOMENT I picked up the phone and called him - his enthusiasm, tenacity, attentiveness to detail and the questions he asked honestly just blew me away…he mentioned that at the time he was just doing videography on the side (he’s now doing it full time!) but he was a full time teacher on the side, but this was such a passion of his, and because of his personality, high energy and effective communication during that one first call (alongside watching some of his other wedding videos he’d done) I just felt confident in his skill and I TRULY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER!   • Billy licensees ALL music through a site called Musicbed. Due to copyright reasons, he tends to not take music requests. He promises to find songs that elevate your love and personality through the film, and Billy will give you some options to choose from. However - always tell Billy if there’s a song you NEED and we’ll see if we can acquire the licensing rights for your film.

  • Every Fifth Film is assuredly delivered in stunning 4K quality.
